What happens when I  place an order? 

Once you place an order, we review it and get back to you to discuss your label preferences, lead times, shipping terms and any other details and related extra costs. Once we finalise all details of your order, we issue an order confirmation that becomes fully due and payable.

How does my order ship? 

You can either arrange your order to be picked up from our manufacturing facility on ex-works basis or we can arrange shipment for you with one of the express services.

Will I receive an order confirmation? 

Yes. Once your order is processed, you will receive an order confirmation via e-mail.

Will I receive a shipping confirmation? 

Yes. Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation via e-mail.

May I track my order? 

Yes. Your order will contain a tracking number and a link to track your order via online services.

How long will it take for my product to arrive once shipped? 

It depends on the shipping service. Normally, orders outside the EU and to the United States are expected to arrive within 10 business days.

What if my packaged is damaged or missing?

The RCLIN team is here to help should you find your order is damaged or missing. Please contact our team at pharma@rclin.com.

Will there be shipping fees charged on my order?

Shipping charges will be added to your order and shall be paid prior to shipment.

Are there customs and regulatory formalities that may apply to my order?

Customs formalities vary from country to country and it is your responsibility to check what customs formalities and product regulations would apply to your order.

Are there any import restrictions related to RCLIN Pharma products?

Please note that import regulations vary from country to country and subject to change. It is the responsibility of the customer to verify, if there are any import restrictions that may apply to our products and what import formalities to follow. We accept no responsibility in case any of our products are not allowed to be imported into the destination country for whatsoever reason.

Can I ship my order to another address at checkout or must I first update my profile?

Yes. You may specify an alternate ship-to address during check-out.

Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order before it is accepted by RCLIN Pharma. Once the order confirmation is issued, it is final and non-refundable.
